No two strata schemes are the same. So it’s only natural that every owners corporation will have requirements of its strata manager that are as unique as the property itself.

We have carefully designed three service packages so you can be sure we have the right suite of services for your needs –Treasury, Momentum and Strata-sphere. You’ll find our packages cover the financial essentials through to a fully comprehensive plan.

But things don’t always fit into nice, neat packages. If you need something outside the box, we’ll happily tailor a package specifically for you. That way you can be sure your strata scheme meets all of your requirements.

Treasury
If you’ve got a highly active executive committee, the Treasury package is perfect for you. You are hands on and in-the-know when it comes to strata essentials, but need a little help with the financial management side of things.

Momentum
The Momentum strata package is the go if you have active executive committee members who are happy to manage the day-to-day running of your scheme. We’ll take care of the financial management and step in to help with your annual general meetings. You’ll gain the time and flexibility to build momentum on the projects that will gain the most from your personal attention.

Strata-sphere
Step away and live life to the fullest knowing your all-inclusive Strata-sphere package has everything under control. If you’re new to strata, or just want to hand over the reigns completely, this package is perfect for you. It’s ideal for executive committees that would just feel better if an experienced hand managed all of their strata requirements.

Our fees are predictable, transparent and fair

Our management fee INCLUDES photocopying, printing, telephone calls, inspections, meetings and all other disbursements.

We do not charge callout fees to check works at any time. This service is included in our management fee.

We do not retain any insurance commissions (or any other type of commission). Funds are either returned to the owners corporation or in most cases, we negotiate a reduced insurance premium for the building.
